You probably know already that we have so many thought patterns that affect our daily lives. Some of them we are aware of and have control over.  

And some remain a mystery of our unconscious—silently impacting the choices we make and the way we respond to the world around us.

One of these patterns is what we call the “All or Nothing Mindset”

It consists of black and white thinking, with no room for “what ifs” or gray areas.

And it can be damaging to both your mental health and your relationships without you even realizing it.

As a licensed therapist who has personally struggled with and learned to overcome this mindset, I want to walk you through identifying the All or Nothing Mindset and give you tools to help you fight it, starting with seven steps to reframe your thinking
