Content of the group
Will this be the same content as Connie's book?
There will be some overlap, but most of it will be coming from a different perspective as I will be making it more personal for your individualized growth.
I can't join right now if I join later will I be behind?
No, I will direct you to what videos and assignments to look at, but you should be able to jump right in.
Will there be required homework?
Yes, there will be “suggested” exercises for you to facilitate your growth and healing. It’s fine if some weeks you are unable to complete the exercises.
